Mix:
1 yellow cake mix
1 stick butter
1 egg
1 cup chopped nuts
Pour into 9x13 pan
Cream together:
1 pkg. cream cheese
2 eggs
1# confectioners sugar
Pour over batter.
Bake at 350º for 25 minutes then 325º for 30 minutes.
I got this recipe from a friend many years ago and it is still a favorite!
