We woke up this morning to find the ground covered with a light dusting of snow, it looked beautiful. It melted away within a couple of hours though. We've had a mix of snow flurries and sleet off and on all day.
I had wanted to post on here everyday but the last couple of days I've been a little under the weather...fighting that virus that's going around. I hope I've won this round with it LOL. I did play around on the blog some yesterday, trying to figure out how to add music. I figured out how to get a playlist made but couldn't figure out how to put it on the site. I gave it a try today and got it figured out. Lea , from Farmhouse Blessing's, I hope you don't mind but I loved the music you have on your site so that's what I started out with. I need to look through my cd's and pick out some other music to add.
I hope to add pics of some of the things I've made and have for sale. I need to get a lot more made ! I have quite a stash of fabric and odds and ends that need to be used up before I allow myself to get anything else. All of you crafters and sewers know how that is!!
The kitchen seems to be calling me I want to do a little baking this afternoon ssems like a good way to warmup the apartment. It's been a long time since I've done any baking..time to get back into it.
A little more to do on here then I'm off to the kitchen until tomorrow..
Have a good afternoon and may God Bless you,
Brenda

Brenda, I was just thinking that I LOVE your music. I don't sharing at it! I just might add that Bound for the Promised Land to my music too. We'll be twins! LOL
Can't wait to see your sewing creations. We are on a very limited budget and I might not be able to buy anything, but I do so admire homemade items and always love sharing and gaining inspiration.
I have quite a fabric stash too. I was just sorting through it last night and have decided to make a couple Christmas aprons. I think I'm going to have a giveaway around December 1 with one of them. That should be fun!
Blessings,
Lea
Lea, I love your taste in music too!!LOL I'll be adding more music later on.
I don't have a lot of things made up right now mostly a few aprons and a few towel/hotpad sets that go over the oven door. I might have a couple of other things... I'll have to do some digging around in my 6'x6'sewing room/walk-in closet!
I don't mind anyone just looking, I get ideas for things that way and love to share my things to give others ideas too!
I might try giveaways next year if I can get my blog built up so it has more traffic. I have so many things going on right now it's hard to keep up with them all.
I have arthritis in my back and legs and it really slows me down a lot too, some days the pain is almost more than I can stand & I have a high tolerance for pain. I won't take any meds unless it gets me down completely.
God Bless,
Brenda
